The Challenge
The Delta Lion Pub, a 30-year-old community institution, needed to refresh and elevate itself to compete with newer regional chain restaurants that had recently moved into the area. The pub wanted to create an authentic and unpretentious brand that spoke to their history while remaining relevant to current and new customers.

The Solution
We created a platform that positioned the Delta Lion Pub as the hub of the community—a place where locals come to connect. Taking design cues from vintage logos and sign-painted typography found in local archives, we created a new visual identity that reflected the pub’s past and its warm and welcoming brand positioning.

The Results
Sales improved immediately after the rebrand launch, with revenue growing over 15% in the following six months. Staff and patrons had an overwhelmingly positive reaction to the new branding, giving the local favourite a welcome boost of energy and vitality.
