The Rail Yard Market was conceived of as a small business incubator for local entrepreneurs, and provides affordable, downtown retail space for up to 36 months to help secure a foothold in a retail environment.

The project is well received and has won awards for the creative vision and collaboration behind the micro-unit marketplace.
