The Goal

To create a complete an identity system for the launch of OAKLEAF’s new Zero Waste brand.

Zero Waste provides comprehensive waste, recycling and sustainability solutions to the industrial, property management, chain store, hospitality, construction and healthcare industries, focusing on waste diversion strategies and closed loop processes that support environmental commitment and offset overall waste spend.

The Challenge

To encourage the practice of responsible waste management and educate people on how to turn garbage into something useful like compost, recycling, or energy.

The Solution

The end result was an entire identity system that appealed to a wide range of business, had ability to be multilingual, as well as easy to understand and recognizable by various stakeholders — across many ethnic, language, and socio economic boundaries. We also sourced suppliers to assist in producing printing solutions that were environmentally friendly and efficient whenever possible.

It is very rewarding to work with a company that will have such a positive environmental impact, and we are excited to see the program roll out across North America. Oakleaf has seen large growth and adoption of the Zero Waste program in its first year and continues to expand across North America.
